SHIPPING TIMES

ALL SHIPMENTS TAKE 30 DAYS - Please be patient, we track all donations and shipments daily. If there is a problem with your order before 30 days we willcontact you immediately to inform you of any problem or delay.

17 to 30 days is average delivery time because we batch orders every 7 to 10 days.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your items to ship, we will send notification when item is placed with shipper.
99% of items are delivered within 12-18 days after we place them with shipper, some items are custom made and not kept in stock so it may take longer than 7 days to ship out.

Please be patient . 
If you didn't receive your item within 30 days please contact us immediately by clicking on the contact link at the bottom of our web pages.

RETURNS
Our return policy is simple, if the item is free plus shipping, we do not offer a return.
Please understand we want your feedback, and will do everything in our power to help make it right.
(go to the RMA form (bottom of every page) and submit your problem, concern, judgment, assessment, so that we can prevent this from happening again.)

Other items are returnable.
Use our RMA form (Return Manufactures Authorization) to return defective items. We can not guarantee size or color so we can not take returns for these reasons on any items.
We will give a store credit on all RMA authorized returned items.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning items to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product refunds are generally in the form of a store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary.
When shipping an item back to us for a return credit, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t control the post office/shipper so we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
